PreRN ("we," "us") operates pre-rn.com. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.
Information we collect
- Information you provide: your name, email address, and the session topics you're interested in, when you sign up for our list, subscribe to our newsletter, or purchase a seat.
- Payment information: payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card details — we receive only confirmation of payment, the product purchased, and the email used at checkout.
- Usage data: standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages visited) and, when advertising campaigns are active, analytics events from tools such as the Meta Pixel.
How we use it
- To deliver what you signed up for: session links, replays, receipts, and account emails.
- To send our newsletter and session announcements — only after you confirm your email (double opt-in), and you can unsubscribe with one click in any email.
- To improve the site and measure whether our advertising works.
What we don't do
- We do not sell your personal information.
- We do not share your information with third parties except the service providers needed to operate (payment processing, email delivery, hosting), each bound by their own privacy obligations.
Data retention & your rights
We keep subscriber and purchase records while your account or subscription is active. You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by emailing hello@pre-rn.com. Unsubscribing from emails stops all marketing communication immediately.
Cookies & tracking
We use only the cookies and pixels necessary for site function and advertising measurement. Your browser settings can block these; the site works without them.
Children
PreRN is intended for users 16 and older. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
